Fletcher Consulting has been delivering diversity, equity, and inclusion services since 2006. Our goal is to dismantle systemic bias in organizational systems. Fletcher Consulting is comprised of a team of people with a variety of experiences and diverse identities. Many of our team members have worked together for over a dozen years. We share a similar approach to the work of diversity, equity, inclusion and access.
Our team members have a broad range of expertise, including backgrounds in law, human resources, organizational development, strategy, customer service training, coaching, professional development, psychology, mindfulness and instructional design.
Our consultants are skilled at facilitating workshops on a variety of topics such as Unconscious Bias Awareness, Interrupting Bias, and Managing Diverse Teams. We advise our clients on mitigating bias in hiring, assignment and evaluation systems. The team is adept at performing comprehensive cultural assessments and in guiding clients in the development of strategic action plans.
