The purpose of an Assessment is to take the pulse of the organization, to understand what might be getting in the way of inclusion for all.  The information gathered is reported back to the organization along with a series of recommendations. Many clients use this information to inform the creation of a strategic plan for DEI.  An Assessment consists of interviews of select employees, focus groups organized by demographics and a survey.


The purpose of a Strategic Plan is to create a road map for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the organization. An employee task force (whose membership is diverse in many respects), will be convened to create the Strategic Plan, informed by information gleaned during the Assessment. We will guide you through the process of developing a vision, goals, action steps and metrics.
